The heating system malfunctioned, compelling us to keep our window open for air, which subjected us to the disturbing sounds of a nearby barking dog and noisy roosters. The hotel's location off the beaten path made it a hassle to find, especially navigating the narrow roads with inadequate GPS directions.

This hotel is a true gem in Puglia. The location feels so serene, surrounded by fine olive trees and vineyards. Our room in the Executive Suite was spacious and comfortable with a lovely decor. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect. I loved the way everything seemed to be newly maintained. Breakfast was such a delight with varied options and quality local ingredients. The quiet atmosphere made mornings enjoyable. Every inch of the resort was like a peaceful retreat. One downside was the inconsistent air conditioning-staff control it, so some days felt warmer than I preferred. Navigation to the hotel was tricky. GPS didn't guide us well through those narrow roads. Still, I would return for the beauty and tranquility this place offers.
